COMPETITIVE SPORT-BLOWGUN
In the competitive world of sport-blowgun, one’s proficiency is determined by his or her experience. Since blowgun shooting is an acquired skill, you need to constantly practice and in competition, players are divided in two classes;
Class A : Players shoot at a distance of 10 meters or 33 feet from the target.
Class B: Players shoot at a distance of 8 meters or 26.4 feet from target.
Target for both distances will be the official 10-meter target. Both classes will shoot a total of 30 darts in one game.
AWARD/RECOGNITION
A score of 120 to 149 points is awarded the Iron Class.
A score of 150 to 161 points is awarded the Bronze Class.
A score of 162 to 174 points is awarded the Silver Class.
A score of 175 or more points is awarded the Gold Class.
A shooter who scores 3 or more Gold Awards in one year, is awarded the Master Class
