No. 1 - Stephane Jouanneau (FSBA) July 8, 2006 41 m (133 ft.) in Ploemeur, France. He used a 1m53 long barrel (5 ft.), with wire darts.
No. 2 - Sebastien Richard and Simon Derevier having drawn both at 40 m, in the same event at the Sport Blowgun French Open
Witnesses for all three shooters included Dr. Hironori Higuchi.
No.4 - 36 m by Mr.Bruce Bell in Flemington NJ at the Metro Sport Blowgun Association meeting on April.3 2004.
Witness: Mr. Charles Brighthaupt and David Sustak. He used 4 ft.long .40 caliber blowgun and one of three darts hit the target.
No.5 - 35 m by Mr.Stephane Jouanneau France Jul.19 2005 at FSBA No.1 Competition Strasbourg.

No.8 - 28 m by Mr. Morikuni Matsumoto (Amagasakishi) marked 28 meter at No.4 All Japan Sports Fukiya Competition on May 6 2001 at Tokyo dream land gymnasium.
No.9 - 24 m by Mr.H.Kishimoto (Omihachimanshi) on Mar.26 2000 at JSFA No.1 Sports Blowgun Festival.Tokyo Dream Land Gymnasium
Tied at 24 m by Mr. Henry Strachan at the first South Africa Blowgun Competition on Jun 26 2001.
Tied a third time, by Mr. David Sustak at the Metro Sport Blowgun Association meeting, Bear Swamp Archery Complex in Upper Mt. Bethel, PA in May of 2003. Used a wire dart of .50 cal. 4 ft. barrel. This was done with a height limitation, an overhead wire mesh barrier to keep stray arrows from going beyond the height of the backstop, set at 3 meters high (low arc shot), so it was much more difficult than having an unrestricted height. Witnessed by Mr. Bruce Bell, and Mr. Philip Cox.
